Lettuce Wraps

Lettuce Wraps:

2 chicken breasts
3 tbsp. organicville sesame teriyaki sauce (got this from costco)
1/2 cup of baby carrots, cut length wise
1 container water chestnuts
1 head of lettuce (I use the butter lettuce, because it is what I have found to taste most similar to the restaurant lettuce wraps, but iceburg lettuce works too.)

put chicken breasts in pan with sesame teriyaki sauce on stove until most of the way cooked. Add carrots and waterchestnuts.

Allow these to simmer for about 10 or so minutes (until carrots are soft)

While that is simmering wash lettuce and lay out on plate.

After 10 minutes serve the chicken out and voila! Lettuce wraps!! YUM!!
